I've spent my career in front of rooms: coaches at clinics, players at camps, staff at academies, federations across four continents. Standing on a stage isn't a side project for me; it's the same job I've done for more than 35 years, just with a bigger room.
What I bring is not theory. Every talk comes out of teams I've actually led: a promotion with ALBA Berlin's youth program, building the NBA Basketball School in Qatar from the ground up, and 2,000+ players developed along the way. Coaches recognize it immediately. So do the corporate audiences who realize a locker room and a leadership team have the same problems.
